Refund Policy

Paid purchases on the Service are credits — digital content whose provision begins immediately upon payment — sold either as a subscription (monthly or yearly) or as one-time credit packs. The validity period of credits is disclosed on the payment screen before you pay.

• You may withdraw from a paid purchase (cancel the payment) within 7 days of the payment date.
• Unused credits are refunded in full within this period.
• Because provision of credits begins immediately upon payment, withdrawal is restricted for credits you have already used, as permitted by applicable law. This restriction is disclosed on the payment screen at the time of purchase.

• Even after the 7-day period, you may request a refund of unused paid credits through customer support.
• The amount corresponding to credits already used, and any costs permitted by applicable law, are deducted from the refund.
• Free (bonus) credits granted without payment are not refundable.

• The Company issues refunds within 3 business days of confirming the grounds for the refund.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• For purchases made in Korea, consumer disputes follow the dispute-resolution standards announced by the Korea Fair Trade Commission; you may also contact the Consumer Counseling Center (1372) or the Korea Consumer Agency.

• International purchases are sold and billed by Paddle.com Inc. and its affiliates ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record.
• Refunds for those purchases are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method; contact our customer support (below) or Paddle support, and we will handle the request under this policy.
• Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
